Good to know
- How do I buy an Event Pass?
- Open Export & print in the planner and choose Unlock. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
- Does it cover more than one event?
- Each Event Pass unlocks one event. Other events you plan stay free, with watermarked exports.
- Do I need an account?
- No. EventRibbon doesn’t have accounts yet, so your plan is saved in the browser you use. Your seating plan can be backed up, but the Event Pass itself stays with this event in this browser and does not transfer with the backup.
- What if I lose access to my Event Pass?
- Clearing your browser’s data, switching to another browser or device, or deleting the event can make the unlock unavailable. If that happens after you’ve paid, email support@eventribbon.com with your receipt and we’ll review the purchase and help where we can. See the Terms for details.
- What do I get with the free plan?
- Everything except clean exports. You can plan your whole event and preview every printable first.
